Ivy Associates was formed in 1986. As the oldest firm providing professional recruitment services to the burgeoning Silicon Valley legal community, Ivy Associates has assisted the development of scores of major law firms and corporate legal departments. Almost from the beginning, as an outgrowth of its involvement in the local legal community, Ivy Associates has supported activites of professional associations for in-house counsel at Silicon Valley companies, including incorporation and management of the Silicon Valley Association of General Counsel. In the 1990s, Ivy Associates became one of the first Providers for California Minimum Continuing Education programs, producing a monthly speaker series for general counsel and the largest annual CLE conference devoted to in-house legal professionals at technology and life science companies, the All Hands Meeting. |
